FAQ
Straight answers before we start.
Timelines, pricing, support, and how projects are handled.
General
Do you only build websites?
No. Websites are one part of the work. We also build internal tools, business dashboards, automation systems, admin panels, CRM and LMS setups, and custom software when the business needs more than a marketing site.
Can you improve an existing setup instead of rebuilding everything?
Yes, if the current setup has a usable foundation. Sometimes the right move is a focused rebuild. Other times it is smarter to improve the parts causing friction and keep the rest.
Process
How long does a project usually take?
A straightforward website can move quickly. A deeper business system usually takes longer because the logic needs to be mapped properly. We would rather give a realistic timeline than promise speed and create avoidable mess later.
What if I am not sure what I need yet?
That is normal. Many clients know the pain point before they know the right technical solution. We can start with the problem and shape the right build from there.
Pricing
How do you handle pricing?
We use starting ranges when the scope is clear enough, and custom pricing when the build depends on workflows, user roles, logic, integrations, or operational complexity. That keeps the quote honest.
Support
Will I be able to update content myself?
Where content or operational data needs to change often, we build an admin layer so it can be managed without coding every small change. The right level depends on the project.
Do you handle deployment and hosting guidance?
Yes. We can help with deployment direction, production setup, and what you need to keep the project stable after launch. The exact handoff depends on the project type.
Do you offer support after launch?
Yes. Support can be arranged based on what the system needs after launch, whether that is bug fixes, refinements, admin help, or a second phase once the first version is in use.
